Making your Thai documents valid worldwide. From the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to 50+ Embassies in Bangkok.

The process of making a document issued in one country legally valid in another is known as **Legalization** (or Authentication). Because Thailand is not a full member of the *Hague Apostille Convention* for all document types, the process often involves a rigorous "Chain of Authentication."

Any break in this chain results in the document being rejected by foreign authorities. Our service manages every link in this chain, ensuring your Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, and Police Clearances are accepted globally.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA)

The **Department of Consular Affairs** at Chaeng Watthana is the gateway for all Thai documents going abroad.

**The Process:**
1. **Translation:** Thai documents must be translated into English (or the destination language) by a professional.
2. **Certification:** The MFA verifies the signature of the Thai official who issued the original document (e.g., the District Registrar) and certifies the translation.
3. **The Seal:** The MFA attaches a sticker and an embossed seal to the back of the document.

Embassy Attestation

After MFA legalization, many non-Hague countries (e.g., China, UAE, Qatar, Vietnam) require the document to be stamped by their Embassy in Bangkok.

**Specific Rules:**
- **China:** Requires "Triple Authentication" (Notary -> MFA -> Chinese Embassy).
- **UAE/Qatar:** Educational degrees require Ministry of Education stamps before MFA.
- **Vietnam:** Requires full translation into Vietnamese after MFA.

NAATI Translation (Australia)

For Australia, the Department of Home Affairs generally requires translations to be performed by a **NAATI** (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters) accredited translator.

**Our Service:** We have in-house NAATI translators who provide the official stamp and certification required for Australian Visa applications (Subclass 189, 190, Partner Visas).

Notarial Services Attorney

Thailand does not have "Notary Publics" in the Western sense. We have "Notarial Services Attorneys" licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand.

**Functions:**
- Witnessing signatures on affidavits.
- Certifying true copies of passports/IDs.
- Administering oaths for statutory declarations.
