Police clearance certificate service near me in Thailand
Do you have a branch in my province?
No. We keep one office in Bangkok, deliberately close to the issuing authority and the Department of Consular Affairs. Clients in other provinces use the postal and power-of-attorney route, which covers every step except fingerprinting.
Can someone else be fingerprinted for me?
No. Fingerprints must be your own. Every other step, from filing to embassy attestation, can be done by us on your behalf.
Can I apply from outside Thailand?
Yes. Many clients apply after leaving Thailand. You send a locally taken fingerprint card plus your passport and visa history, and we handle the Bangkok side and international delivery.
Do you speak English at the office?
Yes. Case handlers work in Thai and English, and documents can be explained in English before you sign anything.

I live in a rural district in northern Thailand. Can you still handle my case?
Yes. Everything except fingerprinting is handled remotely. Send your documents by registered post or courier with tracking, and we confirm receipt and completeness on the day they arrive at our Bangkok office.

My employer abroad needs a certified translation as well. Can you arrange both?
Yes. We prepare the certificate, the translation and the legalisation as one continuous process, so you do not need to start a second engagement after the certificate is issued.

I live near Bangkok. Is it faster to come in person?
Only by the one or two working days that delivery would take. Official processing time is identical either way, so choose whichever costs you less time off work.

Does a Thai police clearance cover my record in other countries?
No. It reports Thai records only. If your destination also asks for records from your home country or other countries of residence, you must request those from each country separately.

How recent must the certificate be when I submit it?
Most authorities require a certificate issued within three to six months of submission. Plan backwards from your actual submission date rather than from the day you start the process.
