The police clearance certificate for Thailand is issued by one central authority only — the Police Clearance Service Centre of the Special Branch Bureau in Bangkok. There is no provincial branch that issues it. That is why 'near me' in practice means either visiting our Bangkok office in person, or letting us file, follow up and courier the finished document to your address anywhere in Thailand or abroad.

The only step you must do in person is your fingerprinting; everything else can be delegated to us.

Tell us the destination country
Requirements differ by country and by the authority receiving the document. We confirm the exact document list, translation and legalisation needed before you spend anything.

Get fingerprinted near you
We send the correct fingerprint form. You take it to your local police station in Thailand, or to a police station / Thai embassy if you are abroad.

Send us your documents
Bring them to the Lat Phrao 95 office, or post them by registered mail or courier. We check completeness before filing so nothing is rejected later.

We file and follow up
We submit to the Special Branch under power of attorney and track the case until the certificate is issued.

Translation and legalisation if required
Certified translation, Department of Consular Affairs legalisation and embassy attestation are handled in the same run.

What to prepare
Foreign nationals in Thailand
- Passport copy and valid visa page
- Work permit copy (if any)
- Proof of address in Thailand (TM.30 or lease)
- Fingerprint form completed at a police station
- Letter or form from the receiving authority abroad
Applicants outside Thailand
- Passport copy
- Fingerprint card taken locally or at a Thai embassy
- Copy of the Thai visa or entry stamps from your previous stay
- Signed power of attorney (we provide the form)

Frequently asked questions
Do you have a branch in my province?
No. We keep one office in Bangkok, deliberately close to the issuing authority and the Department of Consular Affairs. Clients in other provinces use the postal and power-of-attorney route, which covers every step except fingerprinting.
Can someone else be fingerprinted for me?
No. Fingerprints must be your own. Every other step, from filing to embassy attestation, can be done by us on your behalf.
Can I apply from outside Thailand?
Yes. Many clients apply after leaving Thailand. You send a locally taken fingerprint card plus your passport and visa history, and we handle the Bangkok side and international delivery.
Do you speak English at the office?
Yes. Case handlers work in Thai and English, and documents can be explained in English before you sign anything.
